Wow, that’s a lot of Italian recipe goodness! And it’s always nice to see less “touristy” Italian recipes. I’m intrigued by the fretta, loved the one on spices and definitely have to make some pesto! I like to make pesto with wild herbs, ground elder is a favourite as it has a bit of a lemony zing which us much appreciated in this citrus free household.
Leaving for Italy in a few days… this made my mouth water and pray that their food doesn’t hurt my belly!
