What a coincidence — Prague is on my bucket list! I’ll be interested to hear all about your trip.

I also just received my copy of Well Fed last week. I’ve been following the paleo diet for about 3 months, and your recipes look delicious! I’m in the kitchen right now making my mayo (then salad dressing for dinner), the Ras El Hanoot, and the butternut squash casserole. Wish me luck!!

Just saw the explosion in Prague. Hoping you are ok?

  • Marjie Scheib says:

I just read about the explosion too. Praying for everyone, hope you are safe.

Thanks for thinking of us! We’re just fine… the gas line explosion was across the river from where we’re staying. I heard sirens on my run this morning, but didn’t see or hear anything else. Oddly, the explosion was quite close to where I took the photo of the mural yesterday. Life is so weird.

So glad you’re okay! Thought of you as soon as I heard about the blast!

  • Hey, you made it!! Fantastic. And just in time for your birthday! 😉 Have a great trip Mel! I’ll be here reading as long as you’re writing.
