Zombies! Revisited

Zombies are awesome! Zombie prep workouts are awesome as well.

Know what else turned out awesome?

Paleo Czeck Meatballs, that's what! Made them last night, my girlfriend loved them. I'm not a huge caraway fan, though she is, but I liked them enough to have 4 and have a few for lunch… 😉 Really liked the simple cabbage side as well. Great meal mel!

P.S.- Have you ever thought about compiling all your tasty dinochow into a book or something? We were in Kroger buying ingredients, and we saw several cookbooks on sale. After flipping through them, and finding nothing healthy to eat, it occured to me that that would be a badass cookbook. Just a thought.

Hey, Jesse! I'm glad you like the meatballs! You can replace the caraway with poppy seeds for a new twist.

Yes! I'm working on a cookbook for Xmas next year… fun, right?!
