Mo’ Burpees = Mo’ Better

Last week, five beautiful, smart CrossFit girls that I trust advised me to eat more — and specifically, more fat — as did my handsome husband Dave. I was opkeptical, but a few days into my new plan, I’m sleeping better, feeling happier/more balanced, and kicking ass at workouts like this one:

Crystal’s Friday Bootcamp
For time:

  • 50 burpees
  • 35 db cleans, 30 lbs.

3 rounds:

  • 50 squats
  • 50 situps w/med ball
  • 25 pushups
  • snake path sprint

I finished two complete rounds + 50 squats before the cutoff.

We worked in pairs and today I was lucky enough to workout with Maggie. Check out her awesome success story on the CrossFit Central web site.

She’s a complete delight. Funny, smart, and super hardcore fit CrossFit girl.
