In the bathroom.
In my skinny jeans.
And big black boots.
And girly sweater.
With hair swinging in my face.
When I was writing my book (Rollergirl: Totally True Tales From The Track. Do yourself a favor and buy it now… it’s good!), I had no choice but to stick my ass in the chair and type type type. I had a short deadline and a lot to say.
One of my favorite things about CrossFit is its similar pragmatism: You’ve got physical stuff to do. Shut your pie hole and get it done.
So… seven burpees. Done.
