I recently hosted a dinner party for 12 people and wanted to serve cauliflower rice. But the idea of figuring out how to sauté, like,...

Great intro to a veggie I tend to keep far, far away from.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! I’m serving beef stew to a few family members, and I couldn’t ask for a better accompaniment than brains. Thanks again!
Cute 🙂 I loved that Whole9 post on candy.
Awesome clip from one of my favourite movies! I would have tossed Dire Straits too…
Ha! Feeds 2-4 undead.
Love it!
Great way to pitch veggies to kids who are not so energetic to eat them! So much fun to eat and say Braaaaa-ins!!!

Reminds me of the story my mother-in-law tells of being tricked into eating ACTUAL brains covered in white sauce, looking like cauliflower, by her mum when she was young…she never got over it… 😉
Oh, man! That is NOT the way to introduce someone to organ meats. So mean! 🙂
