There are plenty of times in my life when I’ve been so busy, everything felt confusing. For example, the other day, I put the hard-boiled eggs in the vegetable drawer and my phone in the fridge. (What?! I had it in my hand when I was pulling stuff out to make lunch. It could happen to anybody.) When I get super busy, I get stressed, and when I get stressed, I start doing wacky things. But to be clear…

I’ve never been too busy to eat.

But I know that for lots of people, finding the time to make healthy food is tricky business. So I was happy to be a guest on the Too Busy To Eat Show to talk about my Well Fed recipes and how they can make feeding ourselves easier and more fun.
