Gone to Disneyworld

Dave and I are off to Disneyworld for a week of frolicking at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, and the Animal Kindgom park. Yes, we will be riding the Monorail! And we’re kicking it all off at the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. (I used to go with my parents every year in the ’70s, so it’s going to be a major time travel trip… yay!)

All of which is a long way to say: I won’t be responding to comments as quickly as usual — but I’ll get back to you all around January 20, when I’m back in the saddle in front of my computer again.

Until then, be good to yourselves. You’re perfect just the way you are.

    I used to work at Disney World with Photopass. I loved it! I actually had to work at the Aloha Dinner Show, it is such a great show! Have fun and say “Hi” to Mickey for me! 😀

    I just wanted to tell you thank you so much for all of your wonderful recipes! We did the Whole30 in May 2013 and used so many of your Well Fed recipes. We are now doing Whole30 again in January and your Well Fed 2 is full of just as many great recipes that my family is loving. Favorite recipes so far include Pad Thai, Moo Shu Pork, Italian Sausage and Eggplant Strata, Italian Sausage Seasoning, Creamy Italian Dressing, Sunshine Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, and on and on.     So…how was your trip? I went in October 2013. I was an off-roading mess and then found Ohana on our last day and the best meat and seafood ever! I’m now on day 20 of my second Whole30 with my new BFF cookbook Well Fed. Thank you for such delicious recipes that are so easy to follow. The best chicken you will ever eat is not lying! So good..
