Thank you for posting links to all the recipes! I think this is something that the contest should have done. I was linked to the contest from another site and I was individually searching all the recipes (from some blogs I’m not familiar with). I don’t really think it’s a fair contest without them providing this information for you. So THANK YOU for doing this!

Easy choice and agree with the “thanks” for posting the receipes. I’d heard of most of these blogs but am always looking for more. The Primal Smoke sounds very much up my alley.

Done. Haven’t had a chance to try any of the recipes, both because I just saw most of them for the first time right now, and because I don’t have a sous vide machine! 🙂 But, not only does your recipe sound best in my head, I know from experience that your recipes always work, and that is not true of many of the recipes I have tried from other sites. So you get the benefit of the doubt. Good luck!
