    ANTHONY! I miss training you with you in the a.m.! How are you?

    The thing I loved about that post is the reminder that sometimes asking "why?" or "why me?" is meaningless. Stuff just happens. Life IS. And training helps us be at least a little prepared for what might pop up.

    One day I will make it back to the a.m. class. December was a crazy month for me(lots of life just happening stuff was happening) and things are just now getting back to "normal" so things are looking up now.
