Whole30: Day 15

From June 1 through June 30, I’m participating in the Whole30 clean-up/change your life/heal thyself plan. (Here’s why.)

Training
Rest day.

Food
I accidentally skipped my snacks (!), so I might have been slightly underfed, but I had sweet potato and chicken breast, chicken, kale, honeydew melon, and jicama. Went to a potluck for dinner and navigated the buffet table pretty well: smoked brisket, the chopped salad I contributed, and jicama.

Sleep
Hmmm… approx. 7 hours. I stayed up late – but that ’cause I was talking to one of my favorite people. The lost sleep seems worth it.

Thinkin’ you want to take better care of yourself? Here are some guidelines you might find helpful.

Hi, Melissa! Reporting back on the mollet eggs… DELISH! And I'm not a boiled egg lover. Made them last night to go with my tuna lunches, and ate one as snack… still warm. YUMMY! Thanks for the recipe! ~Karyn

Hey, Karyn! I'm so glad you liked them. I wasn't sure I'd be into warm, almost-hard boiled eggs, but I totally love them. It's nice to have another option. A girl eat only so many fried eggs!
