Wasn't that best sore ever??!?!! I'm a little amazed at how good I felt while hobbling around!

  • Melicious says:

Yes! I feel good-sore. My calves are hobbled. Thank you, box jumps and jumping ring dips!

Anybody who can eat JUST 5 fries — awesome!!

  • Mer says:

So wait…does that mean I can make a balanced meal out of french fries and ice cream? 😉

I know what my first treat meal after the 30 days is going to be! lol

Haven't been doing too hot on the variety of veggies front since I gave up legumes and nighshades for my challenge. I did get some spinach in my omelet yesterday (with cheese, AGH!) and nommed on an awesome jicama salad that Bar Belle (one of the Rec-leaguers) made at our final scrimmage's after party. And lots of cucumbers and watermelon. I had a banana before scrimmage, too. So, I'm about 50/50 fruit and veggies at the moment.

I need to plan better when I grocery shop!
