I AM SPARTA!


The Spartan 300 this morning was… [searching for a word powerful enough to describe how totally kickass I feel right now]… frexcitingly awesome.

I didn’t get to the last 25 pullups, but I don’t mind. I jumped every box jump and did all the floor wipers with the 95-lb. bar. That’s it: I’ll never need to scale the Spartan workout again. From here, it’s all about picking up my pace and mastering the kipping pullup. And those sound like fun goals to me!
