100 Pushup Challenge: Take 2

Dave and I started the 100 pushup challenge last year, but then life happened and… you know how it goes.

But now Team Relentless is gearing up to tackle the 100 Pushup Challenge again, started next Monday, April 13. Wanna join us? Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a look at the Hundred Pushups web site and read through the program.
  2. Shoot me an email at mel at chancemccoy dot com so I can add you to the list of pushup lovers.
  3. Watch your email and this blog for workout instructions.

The Hundred Pushups plan is a 6-week program, so we’ll be finished May 23 and will have some kind of super fun, wrap-up bash.
