Stomping My Feet (and Maybe Pouting, Too)

This is how I feel right now — and not just because we did Sumo Deadlift High Pulls at Bootcamp this morning. (The corporate overlords and I are not seeing eye-to-eye today. But the true beginning of Friday is just a few hours away, so I’m holding on.)

Our workout
3 rounds, 10-lb. ball:
15 R lateral wall ball
15 L lateral wall ball
15 wall ball
15 side slam + lateral jump over ball

10-lb med ball:
20 2-tap Russian twist + overhead tap situp
15 cradles
15 2-tap Russian twist + overhead tap situp
20 cradles
10 R around-the-world
10 L around-the-world

Max rounds in 10 minutes:
20 sumo deadlift high pull, 15-lb. dumbbells
sprint 100 m + 10 sprawls
20 swings, 25-lb. dumbbell
sprint 100m + 20 situps

I finished 2 1/2 full rounds and 3 swings

10-lb. med ball w/ partner:
30 3-tap Russian twists, starting R
30 3-tap Russian twists, starting L
