Place: UTB area

Part 1: Tabata Something Else, ZOOMA Style
8 rounds per activity, :20 on/:10 off
pushups + situps + squats + dips

Part 2: 6-mile run around the lake
You can do the 3-mile loop if that’s a better fit.

BONUS: pullups at the Austin High School track
I reserve the right to bail on pullups if I’ve had enough for one day.
