That’s my bib number for the Austin Half Marathon on February 15.

And even though I just ran 13.1 last weekend and even though it was hard and even though I thought I might freeze to death at the finish line and even though it made my whole week harder because I was tired but didn’t realize I was tired because I was so proud… I’m SUPER excited about the Austin Half Marathon.

Whew!

    Congrats to you all. 13.1 miles. Insanity. I'm heading out in a few minutes to join the Y group for our first 3 mile trek. Today, I can't begin to imagine adding another 10.1 miles to that. I'm going to visualize zombies chasing me and see if that helps keep me on track today >:-|
