Shadow Boxing

Junk food aside, our corporate overlords threw a really nice Halloween party for our office this week. My buddy Erin and I dressed up as boxer (me) and shadow boxer (Erin). I’m not sure that everyone got it, but we had fun… she shadowed me around the office, and we jumped rope, sparred, and did some burpees amongst the cubicles. Erin is an excellent double-under-er.
