I’m really hating my corporate overlords today, and I wish I could go outside and play.
And I’m wearing a dress so I can’t even go amuse myself in the back hallway with burpees or a handstand against the wall.
Damn it!
Bootcamp today:
Tabata squats: 21-20-21-20-15-20-21-21
Ha! Look at that lame-ass 15 in there. I totally wussed out on that 5th one. I stopped in the middle! There’s no stopping during a 20-second Tabata interval. What the F?!
Anyway, then we did:
Burpees: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Dumbbell cleans, 10-lb. dumbbells: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10Before even-numbered burpees, run a hill sprint.
My time: 16:42.
I took longer catch-my-breath breaks than I should have between the runs and the burpees, but I hauled ass as much as I could today, so I’m feeling pretty good about it.
Plus, my burpees for the day are done with an added bonus of 22!
