I’m moving a little slowly this morning. Allergies! Gah!
Bootcamp was ROUGH, and I’m walking like a li’l old lady today. It’s a huge relief to know my workout and burpees are done for the day. I’ve got a laser-sharp focus on relaxing this evening — just have to muddle through the work day.
Oh! The kale was so so so delicious. I skipped the vinegar at the end of the recipe, and ate it just garlicky-good. Mmmmmm. Can’t wait to experiment with it more. I’m thinking that a modification of the African recipe (low-fat coconut milk and peanuts) will be really tasty.
Today’s Bootcamp Workout
Max rounds in 20 minutes:
- 25 V-ups
- 25 superman
- 25 pushups
- 25 front squats, 10-lb. dumbbells
- 25 soldier walk, 6-lb. med ball
I only finished 3.5 rounds (got through all the pushups in my last round and ran out of time).
Partner med ball:
- 20 Russian twist+overhead tap
- 15 overhead throw
- 20 PVC pipe snatch
- 20 overhead tap
19 burpees
