Back to Bootcamp with Barbara

Today was my first workout since Monday, and it was a doozy. It’s called Barbara, and it’s a CrossFit classic.

4 Rounds for time:

  • 20 pushups
  • 30 dumbbell rows in plank position, 10-lb. dumbbells
  • 40 med ball situps
  • 50 squats
  • 2X sprint up the stone steps

For the first time in a long time, I didn’t finish. I only made it through 15 of the squats on round four when the 21-minute time ended. Dang it!

But… I did the first three sets of pushups on my toes and I went low, baby, low, so… not too bad.
