Yeah! Good to hear! Must go and buy it asap!
The Kindle version of Well Fed 2 is absolutely gorgeous on my iPad and very well organzed … the links make it really easy to navigate. Great job!!!
Oh… hooray! Thanks for letting me know. I’m really glad you’re happy with it. Wishing you and yours a very happy holiday season. Thank you for reading and commenting and being part of my world.
Excellent. I’ve been waiting for this. Bought it the second I saw this post.
Thank you!
Merry Christmas, Mel. Glad to read you’re feeling better.
I felt it was absolutely necessary to compliment you on your new cookbook, Well Fed 2. It is colorful, well written and i LOVE the lay out. The day I received the book in the mail, I made the Taj Mahal Chicken and its SO darned good! Served it over cauliflower rice and it was DEE-lish!!! It is only my husband and I that I’m cooking for most days so I had leftovers. I honestly think it was better the 2nd go-around. For Christmas Eve dinner I served your remoulade sauce alongside my favorite recipe that I’ve had for years for marinated broiled salmon. It was a hit!!! Will watch for WF3 soon. (Wink)
Thank you SO much for taking the time to let me know you like it! And I agree: many of the simmered recipes taste even better the next day. I love that! ‘Cause then I can cook in advance and it all only gets better.
Happy holidays to you!
omg I’m so excited!
however I have been told not to buy any books at the moment. Cause My sister got me a book but I have no idea what it is (and it hasn’t arrived yet), but I can’t wait to get my hands on this book once she gives me my late book pressie 🙂
Hope your surprise book from your sister is awesome — and I hope you enjoy Well Fed 2 when you add it to your collection.
I love the original Well fed, & have plans to purchase the new one as well. If I buy the ‘book’, is there any kind of discount on the Kindle version? I like having REAL cookbooks, but I’m finding that I love the convenience of having recipes in my iPad too. It’s nice to be able to take my recipes with me 🙂
For both Well Fed and Well Fed 2, we’ve joined a program that allows you to buy the Kindle version at the reduced price of $2.99 when you buy the print book. You can buy the Kindle version at the time of purchase of the print book — or return to the product page later to purchase the Kindle version. To get started, just go to either the Well Fed http://amzn.to/NGfMcv or Well Fed 2 http://amzn.to/GZDvq6 page on Amazon.com.
The information to buy the Kindle version is near the Product Information under a heading that reads “kindle matchbook.”

I bought this book and I absolutely love it reading it. My favorite thing is the link to the pages or recipes referenced. I made two of your recipes tonight and they were so delicious! I felt all tech-y using my Kindle in the kitchen.
WE LIVE IN THE FUTURE! 🙂
