My Third Eye & Counting Down from 100

I’m so proud of myself! I did absolutely nothing for 15 minutes today!

I sat in my Glamour Room with only the illumination of the night light, focused on my breathing, visualized the inside of the bridge of my nose… and just drifted. When my mind wandered into conscious thought/worry territory, I counted backwards from 100 and, following some simple meditation instructions I read, let distracting thoughts draft by without paying them too much notice.

Just about the time I felt like I was losing focus, the 15-minute timer rang.

I’ll let you know if/when I begin to feel any effects of my new morning ritual. At the very least, I took some nice, deep slow breaths and enjoyed a quiet, calm start to my day.
