Why is the gingered zucchini soup not turning out yellow as pictured
Without being in the kitchen with you while you’re cooking, there’s no way for me to know what might the issue might be. But… it’s possible that the zucchini I used to make the soup were more yellow in the middle than white. What color is *your* soup?
