After a low-energy weekend and a sick day from the corporate overlords yesterday, I’m back!
I’m working on some tasty stuff for you today, but in the interim, I wanted to point you to a post from the lovely and badass Jessica. It’s a list of resources to help prep your hands for the demands of heavy lifting and kipping pullups.

Great post from Jessica!
I shredded my left hand a week before Aerial classes started. It was a gross, big ol' hole in my paw. And then reopenned on another workout. Erika suggested that Aquaphor stuff… it is outstanding! I love it. It healed it faster than Neosporin.
Thanks, Mel! Glad my post could be of help. I've been taking my own advice lately – I'm nursing a week-old tear from "Cindy". Boo!
Bonus tip: Since I never leave home without it, my Aquaphor is now doubling as lip balm! Works like a charm.
Great tips! I dread those "Angie" hands and was seriously considering a boycott, the next time she showed up…thanks to this post, I may reconsider.
