Week one, day three, column two: done! I die now.
omg, column two!? You chicks are hard core. Column one kicked my butt! Here’s to week 2 and a great weekend!
week one column two, eaten for breakfast. week two looks like the ball buster. hooray!
Woot! Just finished day three of column two. The first round of 10 was rough, and the 8 wasn’t much more fun. Something magical happened on the second round of 7… I got some kind of momentum going or something, and they felt GREAT! Easy. Chest touched every time. But it was short-lived: the last ‘max’ round was tough. I squeezed out 12, but the last two were slooooooooooooow.
Week 2: I’m comin’ for ya!
Okay, I’m a tad behind you guys because of a nasty cut (and subsequent stitches) in my hand after a dishwashing accident. But! Today I did Week 1/Day 2/Col 2 with my cousin who’s on leave from his career as a Marine. He said, and I quote: “Damn, those are some good pushups!” Yes, I died of pride.
Bernie = TOTALLY HARD CORE
Sorry to hear about your hand! Hope you’re OK.
Glad to hear you’re Marine material. I never doubted it.
Okay, Day 3 of Week 1:
Pushups: I’m supposed to be in column 2, but just barely. I think I’m going to have to drop down to column 1 because I could NOT do column 2 today. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that Hubby was out of town so I spent the last two nights getting caught up on chick flicks (Twilight anyone?!?) and shows that he’s not “in” to (CSI and Fringe) and stayed up WAY too late! No, that doesn’t factor in at all! 😉 Anyway, here are my results: 6-6-6-4-4. Kicking my hiney.
Sit-ups: 17-22-14-14-20 I’m hanging in there!
Squats: 15-20-13-13-30!!! I found that the song “Din Da Da” by The Roots is a great squat song!
Rock on! Here’s to starting Week 2!!!
Milaka, you’re doing great! I love your situp and squat updates, too.
You’re not alone: a few people are dropping down to column 1. I think that’s great! Quality over quantity. A pushup isn’t enough for TEAM RELENTLESS… it’s gotta be a pretty pushup 😉
W2D1C3 = 14/14/10/5(5)/8(7) (=knees) This bunch hurt, and I was discouraged. Not that it lasted.
