10 Paleo Stews From Around The World

A pot of stew, softly bubbling on the back of the stove, is like a magic potion that guarantees you’re going to have a good week. It’s a one-pot meal—protein, veggies, and fats, all in one place—and it tastes better the longer it sits in the fridge. It’s quick to heat up for lunch or dinner, and makes a comforting breakfast, with an egg on top or not.

Stew is a present you give to yourself today and tomorrow… and the next day.

I’ve collected 10 of my favorite stew recipes from around the world so the spices and herbs can transport you to another land, at least for as long as it takes to finish dinner. Cook today and enjoy ’em all week long.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating one of my favorite Paleo cookbooks.
I don’t think I have bought so much lamb in my life than I have since Christmas 2016.
We love the Well Fed Weeknights like its going out of style. We have made the savory and sweet grass fed burgers 4 times, the Vietnamese lamb dish with cauliflower rice (hit on Valentine’s) and I even got my husband to eat cauliflower and he was upset there wasn’t anymore leftovers.
I follow Paleo but he doesn’t, so I let him pick the dinners. And this cookbook with the mouth watering pictures are the best!
    THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!

    • This is such an awesome comment… thank you VERY much! It’s really great to know you’re enjoying the recipes—even your non-paleo husband 🙂 I’ll pass along your compliment on the photos to my husband; it will make his day. Thanks, again!
