Wow, great recipes. Starting Whole30 on the 1st and looking forward to trying some of these!
Congrats on tackling the Whole30!
Just pinned pretty much all of these in preparation for my January Whole30! I also have Well Fed 2, so I’m feeling ready!
Right on! Best wishes for an awesome Whole30. Have fun with Well Fed 2!
I would agree with all of those, but the fact is, you just don’t have any bad recipes! Everything we’ve tried (and we’ve tried MANY, WF1 & WF2) has been nourishing and delicious.
Oh! You’re so nice — really glad you like my recipes. Thank you!
Mom says “You are 100% paleo, you are Whole30 approved and you are a delicious winner! May 2014 be just as fine as the 2013 kind. Love you whole heartedly.
Love you back!
I’m probably responsible for many of the hits for the best chicken you’ll every eat…I made it on a weekly basis last month!
HA! Thanks for clicking! 🙂
Fantastic! I am also starting a whole 30 in January. I got Well Fed 2 for Christmas and have been drooling over it at night after getting kids to bed! The sauces section is my favorite! Thank you!
Congrats on Whole30-ing! Hope you have an awesome month! Well Fed 2 should help!
My kids would say that you need to add your Baba Ganoush to that list…
Mmmm… now I want to make some!
I love my new Well Fed 2!! I have decided I want a cooking class from you just because I want to meet you!!
Chocolate chili is a family favorite in our house! And the sweet potato soup is the only way I can get my husband to eat sweet potatoes 🙂
Mel,
I adore your recipes! Second the emotion ala CJ on choc chili and sweet tater soup! Starting a Whole30 and am well armed with Well Fed2 and your amazing posts! Hooray! on your revised Whole30 overview!
Love me some Smudge pics!
I don’t know what’s wrong with people, your garlic soup is magic! I force it on all my friends who say they have the sniffles. Also, chocolate chili was my fave until I tried the chili in well fed 2. Incredibly nommers.
Got Wellfed2 next to the original and just tried a few new recipes this weekend. Never, ever thought I would enjoy brussle sprouts but now have enough in the fridge to make two more pans of the stuff!
Just made the best chicken you will ever eat. It’s so spicy I dont think ill ever be able to eat it! Is this normal?! I made a point of rubbing the paste back on to the chicken when it fell off when it was cooking, not sure if this was where I went wrong?
Coconut Almond Green Beans is on the top of my list!
I’ve made 10 of them! 5 to go!! I love your cookbooks and blog! We’d be cooking out of them even if we weren’t trying to eat Paleo! =-) Getting ready for a Whole 30 and looking forward to making and freezing lots of meatballs in advance.
An awesome list indeed. I have made your chocolate chili every single week for the last 2 years, a double batch usually, and it all gets eaten. Mostly by my 2 and 15 year olds! Thank you for creating such awesome recipes, my family loves it!
I’m sorry but the Golden Cauliflower soup should be on this list! I L.O.V.E. it! It even smells bad while you’re cooking it, but it’s heavenly with the nutmeg and olive oil to garnish.
Photos look amazing. Ive tried your Moroccan meatballs , though I made them wrong they didn’t taste as good as they could have haha. Hope more to come in 2014!
Hi!
Thanks for this wrap-up, it makes the recipes easy to find and even easier to share with friends! 🙂
I just want to share a heartfelt thanks. My Father died tragically in a plane crash the Monday before Thanksgiving (2013). I didn’t cook much of anything for 2 months. My husband got me Well Fed for my Birthday and I was happily and joyfully back in the kitchen; trying your recipes and even feeling inspired to make my own concoctions! We cooked the Shepherd’s Pie, Bora Bora fireballs, Citrus carnitas, Moroccan dipping sauce, Sunshine Sauce, best chicken ever, grilled chicken thighs, coconut almond green beans, cocoa cauliflower, and tried the caramelized coconut flakes in broth and with pineapples and coconut whipped cream — ALL in less than 2 weeks LOL We had a blast. Thank you so much for inadvertently helping me through my grief <3 ((hugs)) from Stuttgart and a big fan!
Oh, Mary. I’m so sorry for your loss of your father. I’m glad that cooking helped heal you… thank you for this sweet note. Sending hugs back to you from Austin, Texas.
