Texas Book Festival

sneetches
This weekend is the Texas Book Festival — and Dave and I will be there!

We’ve been invited to be part of H-E-B’s Children’s Center where Dave will be reading Dr. Seuss’s The Sneetches, then we’ll do a signing of the just-released Well Fed 2. In addition to all things bookie, there are rumors that our reading tent will be visited by the Lorax and the Cat in the Hat. You totally do not want to miss that!

What: Reading and book signing
Where: H-E-B Children’s Center, 12th and Colorado (map)
Date: Saturday, October 26
Time: 1:00-1:45 p.m.

There are so many cool things happening around the Book Festival! Get the whole scoop here.

Heads up, Texans! You should see copies of Well Fed 2: More Paleo Recipes For People Who Love To Eat in select HEB stores throughout the state. If you spot on in the wild, send us a photo!

Woohoo! I will be at the TBF Saturday and will take a break from stalking children’s book authors to look for you (I’m an elementary school librarian). I just began paleo and found you via Nom Nom Paleo. Just bought your first book and will be buying book 2 soon. Thank you for providing so much detail to make my transition to paleo much easier.

  • Hmm it seems like your site ate my frst comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just
summ it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any helpful hints for novice blog writers? I’d genuinely
    appreciate it.
