    Slightly irrelevant to the post but I wanted to check in to say I love the book and your site. I have been following you for over a year and love your style.
    I have made nearly all the recipes from the book and they feature weekly in my house.
    I just finished the Cinnamon Beef stew, but I made it with lamb this time. It was delish!

    I just started reading your blog like literally last week, on the recco from my doctor (she’s a smart lady…) and I LOVE everything about it, and I just bought Well Fed after reading it in said doc’s exam room… So, you got my vote!

    Started CrossFit about 3 weeks ago – same time I went Paleo with my diet, always ate clean, but Well Fed takes it to a whole new level! Love…

        I trained for and competed in a Figure and Fit Body Competition in 2011. I thought I was fit until I tried CrossFit. No way. Love reading about your workouts. And that competition diet was for the birds, did the trick but…yikes. Glad I found Paleo. Cheers!
