Christmas Eve A.M. Workout

We’re doing a Christmas Eve Filthy Fifty™ in Gillis Park (map) on Thursday, December 24 at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Come out and play!

Not in Austin? Here’s the workout. Feel free to play along at home!

50 consecutive reps of each:
box jumps
pushups
DB or KB swings
walking lunges
dips
DB or KB push press
superman
burpees
elbow-to-knees
double-unders

The last time I did this workout was at a Crystal Bootcamp, and it took me 27 minutes. Whew!

Feel free to switch up the order of the exercises,  and if you don’t have a bar for the knees-to-elbows, you can do them in the pushup position instead… or replace them with mountain climbers. See? There’s a beautiful gift of CrossFit scaling and substitution for you. Don’tcha just love the holidays?!
