AMRAP in Reverchon Park

When Dave and I went to Dallas to see Gavin Degraw last year, we ran on the Turtle Creek Trail and explored Reverchon Park, then rewarded ourselves with breakfast at Cafe Brazil.

It was so much fun, we’re doing a total rewind tomorrow – but this time, Dave’s tackling the stairs, too, in an AMRAP CrossFit workout that’s sure to earn us a big ol’ breakfast.

Reverchon Park Workout
AMRAP, 20 minutes:

  • 10 squats
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 dips
  • run up the steps
  • 5 burpees on the table
  • run down the steps
