Cinco de Mayo: Paleo & Whole30 Style
It's a bit gloomy here in Vermont—gray, drizzly, and cool—but the trees are beginning to sprout green leaves and hopeful flower stems are poking out...Read More
Well… I had another shitty weigh-in this morning: I was up 0.2 lbs. That is NOT the way the scale is supposed to be moving. I cried a lot. All during Weight Watchers. In the car on the way home. To my mom on the phone. To Dave in the kitchen. I cried it all out. And then I felt so much better.

Big hugs of thanks to Dave (a.k.a., the rock) and to the rest of you sweeties who’ve been sending me words of encouragement and support. I’m a fortunate girl, and you are best-quality friends.
This is a re-run of a post I shared in 2013 when Dave and I were in Prague to celebrate my birthday. Since we're creeping up...Read More
