I AM CROSSFIT Challenge Redux

CrossFit Central posted the results of the I AM CROSSFIT Challenge this morning. I have to give a shout-out to my pal Erika who totally committed to the program and reaped massive rewards. (9 lbs., 11 inches, and 3.3% body fat gone, baby, gone!)


… and kudos to all of the badass chicks I know who took on the Challenge and killed it. (You can read all about them in this previous blog post.)

I’m sad ’cause my stats are incorrect on the blog at CrossFit Central, and I totally don’t want to be that weiner that writes and says, “My stats are wrong and I really need praise for how I did, so can you please correct them? My ego can’t bear it!”

Instead, I’m going to brag here again.

During the 8-week Challenge, my measurements changed like this…

  • hips: down 1/2 inch to 33.25. I never! In my wildest dreams. Ever!
  • chest: down 1/4 inch
  • other measurements: maintained

… and my body fat was down 3.1% from 24.7 to 21.6.

Next up: The Spartan 300 Challenge on May 9. Think I can get my body fat below 20%?!
