- sprint length of parking lot 2X
- 15 frog jumps
- 15 kb swings, 12-lb. kb
- 15 kb lunge
My time: 15:27. I love-hated the frog jumps. Man! They were fun AND fried my legs. (Heh… fried frog legs.)
Core w/ 12-lb. med ball, 20-15-10:
- Left rotation wall slam
- Right rotation wall slam
- Squat slam
