I slept a lot last night, so I’m feeling like today is going to be significantly better than yesterday. My pledge to you: no popcorn tonight!

CF Women Indoor Workout
5 rounds for time:

  • sprint length of parking lot 2X
  • 15 frog jumps
  • 15 kb swings, 12-lb. kb
  • 15 kb lunge

My time: 15:27. I love-hated the frog jumps. Man! They were fun AND fried my legs. (Heh… fried frog legs.)

Core w/ 12-lb. med ball, 20-15-10:

  • Left rotation wall slam
  • Right rotation wall slam
  • Squat slam
