1st Week of Hundred Pushups… Done!

Dave and I completed our first week of the Hundred Pushups program today. Woot!

I’ve abandoned the Perfect Pushup paddles because they were making my left shoulder (the one that went under the knife in December 2007) ache. But that’s only made me even more committed to getting my chest to the floor.

Day 1: 10 – 10 – 8 – 6 – max round 15
Day 2: 12 – 12 – 10 – 10 – max round 17
Day 3: 15 – 13 – 10 – 10 – max round 20

Now I’m going to Target to buy myself a present.
