The Hero Factory

I tend to think of CrossFit Central as the hero factory. But the transformation from mere mortal to superhero via training and eating right can take a long time.

Which is why I love this short-cut! At the Hero Factory, you can create your own superhero and see how it would look on the cover of a comic. Like this:
