Shop Now! Well Fed Goodies

It’s been a (too long) time coming and included many annoying details, but Dave and I have launched our little store, so you can get your hands on Well Fed bracelets, knee socks, signed copies of the cookbook, bulk orders of books, and special discounted packages we put together for the holidays YAY WHEW WOOT!

NOTE: The bracelet goes with just about everything. The socks are guaranteed to deliver PRs on a regular basis and make you a pro at box jumps. Smudge is not for sale; I’m not sure how she ended up in this post.

Ready to shop? Head on over to the store and click to your heart’s content.

(In case I haven’t said it enough recently… thank you for the tremendous support, advice, opinions, and conversation you share with me. I am grateful.)

Love the cookbook so much I bought it for a friend!

Don’t mean to pester, but any word on who won the Lunchbots giveaway? Kind of hoping it was me…but as days go by, hope dwindles. 🙂

Besides that, I do hope your Well Fed cookbook sells well. I’ve always wanted to publish a book. Perhaps it’s that pursuit of my 15 minutes of fame. But I do hope your 15 minutes are much longer than that.

    Do Well!

Yes, the Lunchbots post was updated a few days ago — the winner has been notified. Sorry it wasn’t you! 🙂

      Thanks for the well wishes!

Yay & zowie! Finally, The Socks! I have to wait until after Christmas to order my socks & bracelet as I won’t be home to receive packages, but that totally gives me something to look forward to in 2013. Your store site is adorable (i.e. attractive & well-designed) but not quite as adorable as Smudge — she looks especially cute with red!

I just ordered three of the Well Fed bracelets, one for myself and one each for my 12 and 13 year old daughters. I’ve switched to Paleo in the last six months and love it! I am trying to move my daughters in that direction, too, and have discovered they are more excited about eating healthy foods when they cook themselves. I’ve started leaving trays of raw meat in the fridge and they love to add various spices and make hot plates (although they are still not super into adding lots of veggies). They still eat some grains and dairy, too, but now many more fruits and veggies and less carbs. My 12 year old, whom the physician had warned us was right on the border between normal and overweight is now effortlessly leaning out and having to wear belts to hold her jeans up! These bracelets are a great reminder that eating healthy foods is a great way to love ourselves and pretty cool and fun, too!

Well Fed is my fav Paleo cookbook for the food and the wit. Thanks for sharing your good vibes!

That is a wonderful story! Congratulations on making the switch yourself and setting such a great example for your daughters! I love that they’re cooking for themselves… and getting them started with good habits early is so wonderful. I spent my teenage years obese/overweight, and it was hard, physically and emotionally.

I hope you all wear the bracelets in good health! Thank you so much for sharing your story — keep me posted on how you’re doing!
