One of the toughest things about “going Paleo” is giving up rice, potatoes, and pasta, so this class focuses on the tasty substitutes that you can make with vegetables. I’m show you my super-secret tips for making the best Cauliflower Rice Pilaf, Zucchini Noodles Aglio et Olio, Mashed Cauliflower, and Roasted Spaghetti Squash — then you’ll get to eat your efforts underneath a delicious pile of Rogan Josh.
