Nerd! Nerd! Nerd!

Santa brought me Nike+ Kinect Training for Christmas, and this morning, I completed the fitness assessment and tackled my first strength and cardio workouts. It was fun! And an awesome reminder that once a nerd, always a nerd.

Yes, I was Melicious, #11, a blocker and pivot for the Hotrod Honeys of the Texas Rollergirls

Missing your recipes but loving hearing from you!-Are you not going to share some of your Whole30 recipes you are eating?

Miss that and keep up the good work!-

I’m not posting my food logs this time because (1) they’re remarkably similar to when I did a Whole30 in October and (2) I’m eating a lot of new recipes that I’m testing for my next cookbook and they’re not ready to share yet.

But I *did* post two new recipes last week, so gobble those up!

Fight gone bad looks really….bad… Fun /awesome/bad, but still scary. Unrelated: I made morroccan dipping sauce today & I am now an addict. That. Was. The. Best. Ever.

I’ll be interested to hear how the Kinect trainer goes for you. I know a lot of those are you get out what you put in but it would be interesting to read a follow up after you’ve played around with it for a while.
