I Missed My Play Time Today

Stupid rain.

I suppose I could’ve been all hardcore and gone running in the downpour this morning, but I’m not a full-fledged superhero yet. So instead, I did the The New York Times crossword puzzle and ate breakfast… which meant I could take the bus to work and arrive at the office on time for a change.

But then I was late for a 10:00 meeting anyway because I forgot about it and got caught up talking to a co-worker.

Ooops.

I guess it’s just going to be that kind of day.

    Okay, first day back on Week 2. Here goes:

    Push-ups: 4-6-4-4-7 I’m such a girly-girl in upper body. I want Linda Hamilton guns!!!!

    Sit-ups: 21-21-15-15-22

    Squats: 19-19-13-13-35 Siouxie and the Banshees really does make squats go faster! I got me some squat strength! I wish I could just average out the legs and the arms. 😉

    Looking forward to actually getting to Week 2 Day 2. Didn’t make it that far last week!
